The initiative supports Fifth Third Bank’s Empowering Black Futures Program which will invest $20 million in the Grove Park’s neighborhood revitalization efforts and provide unique opportunities for the residents to enjoy. Further, the Skyhawks will host Grove Park residents for a home game this season and will offer in-game experiences to them. As part of the partnership, the Skyhawks and Fifth Third Bank will partner on May 3 – known within Fifth Third Bank as ‘Fifth Third Day’ – to provide meals to community neighbors during Fifth Third Bank’s companywide community celebration.
